Ok, unfortunately work got in the way of the first two rides but rescheduled to out of work hours and got to ride last night. It's been months off the bike but managed ok EXCEPT the seat on the Kickr Shift indoor bike is the worst I've sat on for any length of time. Still a bit sore but have brought in my own bike seat for tonights effort. Wish me luck!
