Why am I taking part

Since 2011, Healthy Workplaces has been motivating employees around the world to #QuitTheSit. They do this through their highly engaging, corporate wellness initiatives: Tour de Office and Step Forward. Over the past 13 years, they’ve supported over 170 companies and over 30,000 participants with their programs. Participants have accumulated enough kilometres to do a few laps of the globe, and have raised over $1.3 million for charity in the process. It’s been an incredible journey, and they’re excited to continue bringing people together across the world, to stay active and keep moving.
