I will be jumping on the bike during the week to raise funds for The Commonwealth Bank Staff Community Fund, which supports the health and wellbeing of young Australians. Riding is a great individual & group sport activity and is a good exampe of "Health & Wellbeing balance". I encourage everyone to partipate &/or support your riders for the cause.
