Why am I taking part

I'll never forget my old colleague from a big bank legal department who complained that she'd become a "battery solicitor". Am I a "cage worker" or a "free ranger"? Fortunately workplaces are realising the benefits of free range, and opening the cages and the barn door, but unless we make a noise and shake things up, will we change our habits?
