Why am I taking part

I am curious!! What a fantastic initiative for improving health and well-being in an urban environment. I think this might be a new way for 'Work-Life-Health balance' ;). I love the Smith Family!! and I’d like to support this awesome charity. I’ve involved with this charity during my National Community Day in 2016. I got to proof reading thank you letters wrote by disadvantaged children and young people who were financially supported for their education by an unknown fund provider. By the end of the day, I was touched by their great gratitude messages and priceless stories. It was so powerful. So much so, I felt so rewarding and inspired me to give back to humanity whenever I can. I’m a strong believer in 'Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime'. Education is a gateway to many success and happiness stories.

Thank you mak mak, Ammie. Totally agreed. I'm targeted to try to do more steps and some excercise this year :D. Hopefully, I get to be as healthy as you xx.

For a mother of two young children who is having fun working at Mirvac but has a low exercising activity level, I managed to cycle 8km in two 15 minutes sessions. It was painful within the first minute, but I kept going (in a slow but steady and determined rhythm, with some chatting in between!!)...I think this might be a new way for 'Work-Life-Health balance' ;). Thanks for the support.
