Mental illness can affect anyone. Over (45%) of the population experience a mental illness. The Black Dog Institute aims to reduce the incidence of mental illness and to actively reduce suicide rates and empower everyone to live the most mentally healthy lives possible. So I thought I would try to have a little bit of fitness while trying to raise some money for a this great cause.
