Why am I taking part

To promote the health benefits of moving our bodies and how it can reduce our risk of chronic diseases and improve our mental health and emotional wellbeing. All the money raised will go directly to funding the Stella Bella Family Camp in early October. The Stella Bella Little Stars Foundation is doing amazing work supporting and assisting children and their families in the ACT region who are living with serious and long term illnesses thanks to everyone's generous support.
