Why am I taking part

I am a larger lady and want to show everyone that anyone can participate in these events, no matter how much of the seat you take up. I am very nervous about how many kms I will do compared to others, but am looking forward to pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. I am remembering that it's not about being better than others but getting in, giving it a go, and supporting an amazing cause. My theory is "slow, but participating".
