Why am I taking part

Tour de Office is a fantastic initiative for Beacon Foundation. There is so much evidence telling us how linked education and well-being are. When a young person is engaged physically and mentally in school they will have outcomes like better self esteem, personal development, concentration and academic performance. I'm proud to see Beacon Foundation leading by example and bringing the values of well-being into the workplace.
