Tour de Office aims to raise awareness about the health risks office workers face by sitting for prolonged periods of time. Last year I just donated to others - but this year I thought I should get off my butt and onto the bike aswell. So if you are not riding - please donate and think about getting active yourself!!

Thank you all for the donations to our local focus charities - YoungCare and ReachOut Australia. You were all so fabulous and I appreciate it as do the charities. Thanks also to Team Qld Assurance for the big effort today - well done all.
