Why am I taking part

I have been fortuante to not suffer anything chronic (yet). However, I am starting to feel the back pain that many office people talk about. The thought of continuously being in pain is disturbing, especially since office life is "me" for quite a few years yet! Should I exercise more and do my stretches? Probably.... But for now, I will ride.
